For once, they can be triggering for those who have been through it... And also, I wouldn't be surprised for some people (like first-time readers) to take them as handbooks they should strive to follow...

Otherwise, I appreciate what you're doing with it, especially since it's coming from someone who's been through it all and must be reliving the pain by looking back at it :(
