This! I have found that whenever I'm anxious about the things I don't get to do, the best cure is to stop doing anything and just get a good sleep. Then, if I'm lucky, I get to mentally write an article throughout the day, as I run after my atomic toddler, and put it on paper at night within the first 30 minutes after he has fallen asleep. I believe sleep is the best medicine for pretty much everything out there, especially since I have become a mother :D
