Oh, I frequently swap rice and quinoa for buckwheat and sorghum. Sorghum is relatively neutral but with a firmer consistency, while buckwheat can get softer if you overcook it and has a mild nutty flavor. Do you keep your cereals in water overnight before cooking them? I've heard it's healthier this way :D
