Of course we can see beyond the facade, but sometimes, the implications of not being happy with your body are so overwhelming that it's incredibly easy to ignore what's obvious and try some garbage just because you want it so much to be the garbage that will get you out of trouble. It's especially easy to fall for such mistakes for those who don't find the resources to see what it really takes to achieve fitness goals and are super anxious to get fast results.
