I very much appreciate your attitude, Dom. Supporting our children and helping them feel safe is our primary job as parents. However, I can't help but wonder if "what he feels is the right thing to do" is indeed the best course of action. Aren't we sometimes supposed to pause and analyze our feelings and then decide if it's best to act as we felt in the moment? As the saying goes, we can't control how we feel, but we can control how we act about how we feel. Long story short, I'm not sure that what we feel is always the right thing to do :D
