I used to love granola with yogurt, but since my son can't eat dairy, I had to forget about it.
So, these days I'm a fan of oats + corn flakes, with seeds (chia, flax, pine) and vegetable milk (buckwheat, millet, oats).
I try to push my breakfast as later into the day as possible, around 11 AM :D
The first hours of the day are when I get uninterrupted work time as my toddler is busy... not playing with his toys.
Gotta make the most of that time, can't afford to waste it eating.
I gulp by the time he comes meowing for his first snack :D
