I think this is one trap that many parents looking into respectful parenting may fall for.

You want to treat your child with respect, but you're not sure how to do it without giving him a power that he can't, and he shouldn't be handling.

It is, indeed, hard to show your kid how grown-ups are supposed to behave, and you never behave like a child :D
