I suspect the persons who are most adamant about other people not wanting to have children are the persons who feel most conflicted about their own decision to have children.

I could be wrong, but I believe they regret having children and find themselves furious at those who decided not to have children.

It's almost as if convincing others that they should have children is making them feel better about their own decision.
