I love your openness to this wide range of options. It's so sad that so many children grow up in foster homes, and it would be lovely if more people would be open to adoption.

For me, I believe the most challenging part of raising a child from a foster home would be the doubt that would creep in in time.

Suppose I'm having trouble helping that child grow up by specific values. In that case, I guess I would forever ask myself if it's something I'm doing wrong or something that the child might have inherited in a strong enough form that the environment is hardly making an impact on it...
