I, for one, because I fear that where I might want to go I won't have the medical care or decent schools I want my son to benefit from. Living in less crowded and industrialized areas has tons of benefits when I'm doing great. Once problems show up, as I'm used to a certain level of comfort, I'll start missing being in the crowded, industrialized areas where I had everything at my fingertips :D
