I didn't know that's how it's called, but I certainly remember the recipe. After all, I've made it an entire winter, each morning, the moment I was introduced to it 😁

I'm not sure that we're talking about the same recipe with the channa masala. I've googled it, and it looks more like a stew to me. The one I had was more of a rice dish - the rice was the main ingredient; it was all white, with no red sauce, more like simple fried rice mixed with chickpeas.

But what am I saying, I loved every Indian food Sapna served me with, I'm sure the channa masala would make for a feast too 😊
