How refreshing to read on this topic from the perspective of the one accused of trying to escape :) It's fair to say that as the parents who are on duty at home all day, we can easily forget to put ourselves in our partner's shoes. You've managed to show that it's not about who deserves a break. Both partners deserve and need a break, they just have to agree on their scheduling :D
