Have you ever tried the minimalist challenge? You start on the 1st of the month and each day you MUST throw away a number of things equal with the number of the day. One thing on day 1, two things on day 2, and so on until 30 things on day 30. That should help you get thinner in no time. Actually, not in no time, but definitely in 30 days.
