Don't mind, don't care over here :D

I get so many notifications that one more with a tag does not make a difference. If it's from someone I enjoy reading or a topic I resonate with, I will read it, though possibly not on the same day. If I don't resonate with the topic, I'll leave it at that. Unfortunately, I also happen to miss reading stories I was tagged in, stories I would have loved to read. Which is why, again, I don't mind getting tagged - the more chances for me to be reminded of reading something I might enjoy.
