Bicho, I think you should make a distinction between drafting at the very moment you're hooked by an idea (which is also when you can transfer most of the energy that came with it into your draft) AND coming back later to refine the draft.

I hear you have tons of drafts and keep adding daily. How about if you delete them all? I have a feeling you won't be crying after them.

Start from scratch, with only one idea that excites you, draft, let it rest, go play with that Elastic Man for a little while, and then come back. You can do this!
