As someone terrible at hand drawing, I love the idea of painting with light. Yet I've learned enough to know that not even that is easy.

I particularly loved the journalism photography class back at the university. Still, as much as I feel there's a science in picking up your subjects and framing them the right way, I would say there's another science in getting to know your camera, all of its settings, and what it can do.

So, it still feels intimidating to me, and I still feel way below the amateur level.
